It really does not take a lot of legal understanding to understand the fact that THAT idiot point is just that does it? Geez why couldn’t Da Nuts Donofrio figure it out?
Because too many people start with a flaw, they have a conclusion determined, then look for any evidence to support that conclusion. In this case, Donofrio had to go all the way to British Common Law to find his support because US law, specifically Title 8 which defines citizenship, doesn’t back him if Obama was born in Hawaii.
