The funny thing is there was a rumor for a while that Looter Guy was actually a bar owner or manager and he was trying to save his own property. That would be so funny (and sad) if true. Nice, hard working guy is always labeled a looter because of one photograph.
I don't think so. Had he been the owner, he would have had a perturbed look on his face. Looter guy was all smiles in that photograph like he had just made the catch of a lifetime.
