Definition of "DURABLE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT" means equipment prescribed by a physician that is Medically Necessary for the treatment of an illness or Accidental Injury, or to prevent the patient's further deterioration. This equipment is designed for repeated use, generally not useful in the absence of illness or Accidental Injury, and include items such as oxygen equipment, wheelchairs, hospital beds, crutches, and other medical equipment.

Sorry counselor. "Lame" argument.

There are designs for both “caseless ammunition” that use electrical igniters instead of a mechanical (ie, crushed) primer and an electrical primer in a conventional brass case:

I’ve often thought they should build a handgun where the barrel is in line with your arm, thus no upward twist, just kick like with a rifle. Seems like you could shoot longer without your wrist getting tired.

Looks like "the cricket" from " Men in Black".

One supposes that it will take one .410 round, or one 454 Casul round, after which the recoil will have cured all signs of arthritis.

...Obama also helped close a loophole that allowed gun shows to sell weapons without doing background checks on buyers...

and with a bit of luck and common sense, SCOTUS will now close the loophole to prevent an imposter from sitting in the Oval Office without a background check before he's elected...

At least we don’t pay for abortions like some insurers.
