Just another reason that we Floridians need to find another Republican for the US Senate in 2010.

Unfortunately there have been a number of people, like the $100,000+ per year city manager in San Antonio, TX, a number of years ago who came with very impressive credentials. It turned out that her credentials were falsified, and she, because she was a minority, had not been vetted properly by the overawed screening committee before she was hired. Just because Zero won the Democrat primary doesn't mean that he was vetted properly. The Democrats saw him as a winner and couldn't care less about his qualifications.

Mel obviously doesn't understand that if Zero does not meet the constitutional qualifications to run for president, as president, he will likely pick and choose other parts of the constitution to ignore. The suits are not intended to bring the Zero down, they are to compel him to produce official records that prove that he meets the constitutional requirements of the presidency.

JUST NOW saw on TV that Martinez is to announce he is not running for reelection in 2010. They went on to say that he may step down early and let Crist appoint a replacement.

This response is incredible! It is almost like this guy never really studied the Constitution. He is my Senator also. I will vote for someone that opposes Martinez in the Primaries. That is the only way to dump these RINOs. Get someone that supports the Conservative agenda and principles to run against them.

... he question of Obama's citizenship is not a matter for a court to decide. The court further noted that voters, not courts, should decide whether a particular presidential candidate is qualified to hold office.

So, qualifications are just matters of opinion, sort of like a living Constitution is whatever one wants it to be.
