You think scientists in Great Britain were waiting around to see what a U.S. judge had to say on the matter, or were they discerning the double helical structure of DNA while showing Lamarckian mechanisms to be in error and demonstrating the power of selective pressure?

In 'Expelled' Ben Stein interviewed a European scientist, Polish I believe, that disclosed the cult of evolution doesn't exist in Europe. The only place apparently where evolution has to be enforced by liberal activist judges is the U.S.
IN FACT, they don't have any scientific concepts of such open hostility towards a creator.
