Didn’t Obama already ignore it? In Greg Garre’s waiver to respond it was for the Federal Election Commision, et al meaning the Solicitor General was waiving the right for all 3 defendants to respond

As I understand it, the FEC, DNC, are the ones who waived their response to Dec 1st.
