Mark Davis opened up discussion for Obama's vaulted birth certificate. He said it was all up to the courts, but he doubted it would go anywhere.
Thank goodness Zero dissed Thomas in that debate. I’m sure Thomas sees him for what he is - a lying, cheating POS. I hope Thomas can sway the others to pursue.
Who knows? Maybe he changed his name (adding Hussein) in college? Maybe he was born via a midwife at home, thus an original doesn't exist? Maybe he was born in Kenya and isn't a citizen? Maybe he was adopted, which would really put a kink in things for all sides.. It is all speculation. It seems if there was some sort of conspiracy, thousands of people must be in on it, from every person with access to Hawaii's records, to secretaries of State, to heck, Hilldog's camp. Not to mention political opponents going back decades. For the sake of argument, the Constitution doesn't state what documents one uses to prove you are a natural born citizen. The COLB hasn't been legally proven fake yet. Everything rests really on that. If the State of Hawaii says, yep, he is a natural born citizen and the doc is real, there really isn't much else that can be done on that particular issue. I'm still concerned we have been led down another rabbit hole like the "whitey tape", API's Michelle phone call tapes, the 'ambassador' comment, the Odingo e-mails, and all the other things that panned out to be nothing.
I don’t see how the Supreme Court can ignore it. They are there to uphold the Constitution and the President swears on the Bible(not that that means anything to Obama) to uphold the Constitution.
I heard “he” may use the Koran. I hope Chief Justice Roberts will not allow such a charade by swearing in a Indonesian-Kenyan as POTUS but we hould know something soon.
Rush has talked about Obama’s missing records a million times in during the campaign. He spoke many, many, times about how we knew nothing about him and how he won’t release any records. He hasn’t gone on much about the birth records and neither has Hannity which suprises me. I think someone has gotten to them about this. I think Rush has been right on-he certainly has not buried his head in the sand.
That's a new one, where did you hear that?
This issue needs to end, fight Obama in other ways....
..btw, there was a rumor he used the Koran for his Senate swearing in, but Cheney (President of the Senate), who swore him in, shot that down.

So many unknowns in this ongoing mystery. I do not fear the “rabbit hole”. The questions being asked of Obama are not in any way, shape or form, out of line. They are being asked by those on all sides of the political spectrum.
An honest man would step forward and answer the people’s questions and release his birth certificate. Obama is hiding something and it has to be something so devastating that he would have to step down. Your first two possibilities don’t fall into that category.
There is no law against changing your name, there is no law that says if you were born via a midwife (who is also supposed to report the birth) you can’t become president.
The only way to get to the bottom of this is for citizens to step up to the plate and demand that Obama comply and provide us with a certified copy of his birth certificate. He must have one because peope who are against us pursuing this issue are claiming he does. ;)
I think it was an African-American guy in the house that is from I think Meinnesota. Keith Ellison or something. The only Muslim in the House...yet.
To ‘go anywhere’ requires four Justices of the SCOTUS to agree to take the case, which Justice Thomas put on the conference schedule for December 5. It seems unlikely it will get the four votes, but all 9 Justices should care, regardless of political persuasion.
None of us really has any way to tell if BHO was born in HI or, as rumored, in Kenya. And likely we will never know.
The Justices probably care more about the possible chaos that might ensue than whether BHO was in fact born in the USA or not.

A “million times”? Wow, how’d I miss it then. LOL
I think someone has “gotten to them” too. So what does that say about Rush’s character? You say he has been right on and that he hasn’t buried his head in the sand. Not sure how you can say that and also say someone has gotten to him.
The fact is that Rush, Hannity, and all of the other talking heads, for whatever reason, HAVE buried their heads in the sand by ignoring this extremely important situation and/or refusing to pursue it. We aren’t asking for video of Obama’s family in their home while eating dinner and talking of hope and change. We’re asking for the most basic document we have in this country that proves a person’s citizenship and birth.
Next time a cop stops you try to refuse to show your license, registration and proof of insurance. Next time you apply for a job refuse to provide your education transcripts and proof of citizenship and identity. Next time you board a plane ignore the security screener’s request for photo ID and boarding pass.

The foreign owned media certainly have their hands in this. I have noticed several times it was mentioned and it is either promptly dismissed or the program cuts to commercial.
