Gee I didn’t notice where MWT indicated that he “knows” this person.. My indignation perhaps comes from my age and the fact that one doesn’t disparage another based on what they percive to be a fault. The condesending attitude is what plucks my string. As if we are to believe “his” opinion is of greater value that anyone elses. Is the opinion based on her prior career path?? that sucks.. I have a daughter thats a model and her pic is on magazines and when she gets older her looks will not be an asset but she will not be “passed any used date” and she is definatly not a tramp.. the point is “judge not...”

In no place did I disparage older women or, for that matter models.
This lady, plain from the article (and her tauntly-stretched Hamptons face), is an aging wanna-be socialite.
And for the record, while I have had the misfortune to attend many an absurd Hamptons party, full of poseures, D-listers like the Village People guy, and Donald Trump (or his like) trying to get me to invest in whatever, I have not knowingly met this woman.
That said, I would not know if I had or had not met her. Such women are a dime a dozen in the Hamptons, fill parties, and throw themselves at (at least what appear to be) wealthy men who can pay for their continued medical procedures and lifestyles.
Your indignation (personal that it is, and not entirely inappropriate) is like blood in the water to the sharks on this thread.
My guess is that most of the freepers making fun of other’s appearance would not look as good as Hillary Clinton in a pantsuit. And that’s just the guys.
I'm sure the 'skank' comments were more based on lifestyle than the fact she's a blond, or aged. I'm similarly confident your daughter is a fine young lady, and will not lead a lifestyle similar to the skank in question. I certainly didn't see anyone condemn ALL older blondes, just the ONE who was the subject of the article.
"Judge not" is a kind of odd comment, given the fact we are all here on a (basically, with some fluff)political commentary website, where just about every single post is basically a judgement of some sort. If everyone followed your advice, this would be a recipe website with NO COMMENTARY. How lame would that be?
You would do good to take another good look at Women after “40’ish” and not dismiss them. Mrs Shredderman is 15 years my senior and a more beautiful person I have to see( except Sofia Loren!)...So what that she had a catfight w/whomever. Cougars are always good for that. And I’ll take experience over age anyday.......

Actually the only one who died of AIDS was Jacques Morali, the songwriter/producer who created the group but who didn't actually perform. The leather/biker guy died of lung cancer. Other than that, they're all still around and still playing gigs.
