According to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, 46-year-old Lindsy Whitfield got worked up when his friend told him she didn't like Obama.
Police said Whitfield slammed a picture frame on the floor of the woman's apartment, and then picked up the shattered frame, threw it and hit her in the face.
The enraged man then began beating the victim with his fists before telling her he was going to kill her, according to a police report.
The victim told police that after Whitfield stopped hitting her he grabbed her stun gun and ran out of the apartment.

“I DON’T LIKE OBAMA!”
Yeah, but you can say that, I’ve seen pictures of you standing on a tank, holding a (gasp) firearm, and unsheathing a rather nasty looking blade. You are a trouble maker, and would probably ride all night to deliver a message to our troops, much as Emily Geiger did so long ago.
The weird thing about Obama Derangement Syndrome is that they expect us to worship him as they do. I live in Jacksonville, and the building I work in has 2 Obama supporters and about 50 non-supporters.
Two weeks ago, several of us were complaining about Obama and one of the two supporters walked in and announced that no one can say bad things about Obama anymore.
So we laughed at him. It wasn’t very nice, but it was the only appropriate response after listening him compare Bush to Hitler for six years.
Now he refuses to talk to anyone (except his fellow Obama supporter). Now, the other Obama supporter has admitted that he’s scared of Obama and that he was just voting against Bush. I told him that Obama wasn’t running against Bush and he just shrugged his shoulders and changed the subject.
I welcome the day an Obamaniac decides to get in my face or maybe even tries something like this guy..they’ll feel the true “bitterness” of a small town Midwestern
