We have taken some vacations via the train. Most have been very enjoyable (I’ll not mention my Amtrak Nightmare).
Driving is nice for short vacations. If we have lots of time, I prefer driving.
At LAX, we were in a huge room, with gates to all the incoming and outgoing traffic, and of the thousand plus people there, we (plus two others) were the only ones over fifty.
When you drive down the highway, and pass an RV - you won’t see young whippersnappers behind the wheel. Think I know why. LOL!
