Sorry, I think this is stupid. It is unnatural not to kiss someone you love. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH KISSING. It’s taking a good point to an absurd level thus rendering the original point meaningless.
Noone has made the argument that there is anything wrong with kissing.
The commitment is about purity. They decided what standard of purity was important to them. They set that standard, they stuck with it. Noone is demanding that anyone else adhere to that standard.
While I won’t question their determination, there are certain things I want to know about the woman I am going to eventually divorce before marrying her, and how she kisses is one of them.
