If he weren’t so reknowned, no one would care, including those who go back through history, attempting to claim this or that personage for their particular group. The “Abraham Lincoln was gay” crowd springs to mind.
It doesn’t change his music, one way or the other.
Actually, I read a few days ago that Lincoln was black. In fact they listed 4 or 5 Presidents that seemed to have some black ancestors. Not stating it as fact, but the stories are out there.
You mean Lincoln.....*wasn’t* gay? But what about his past as a hair-dresser?
