[A knight without armor]

I drink green tea made from the regular grocery store bags. I drink it plain and unsweetened. I recently read to not pour boiling water over the bag because that scorches it and makes it bitter. Now I'm going to try to put less than boiling water on it.

We have a small under-the-sink hot water heater. It is one of my favorite gadgets. We can't live without it. When we had one konk out I immediately sent hubby to Menards to get a replacement.

It is perfect for coffee, tea, etc.
