So it’s not going to prevent the breeding or ownership of pit bulls, it’s not going to get pit bulls off the streets, but it’ll generate more business for the courts.

Violators can be arrested and prosecuted. What grade are you in?Apparently the grade where they teach you that animal abusers, irresponsible owners and dog fighters can already be arrested and prosecuted.
