I always chuckle when obvious agnostics start preaching false Christian values. Nice try, but the decisions we make have consequences. Forgiveness is a great Christian act and not to forgive a sincerely penitent person would be a failing. However, it would be a far greater Christian failing to naively put others in danger by ignoring history. The fact that this pervert apparently maintains an active porn website (allegedly linked in post #94) means that her unrepentant past is still part of her shameful present.
I certainly don't want former child molesters, prostitutes, drug dealers, pornographers, or other social deviants working with children. It doesn't matter if the scandalous behavior was legal at the time and place it was committed or not. Their behavior hurt individuals and society. There are many other occupations for such a deviant that do not involve children. Since this appears to be a public school using tax money, the appointment of someone like her or anyone else with such a perverted background to this kind of job would naturally be opposed by me and other responsible parents and taxpayers, Christian or not.
Wasn’t preaching anything, I was pointing out obvious hypocrisy. There are values behind the teachings, among those nearest the top is the importance of spiritual above the literal word. You don’t reach out to the sick among the well.
I’m I too understand YOU are the arbiter of those who are worthy of salvation and those who are to be damned? It must be a heavy burden upon you, brother. If this woman seeks to be saved and her actions are of good heart, she is saved. PERIOD.
