I think I posted upthread where heis suing GEM to uphold his contract which is through 2010. Apparently they didn’t even tell him AJ was taking over his ride, he found out through the media.
At this point in time being so late it will be difficult for him to find a ride. Too bad he didn’t stay with Yates.
