That's why this sort of thing needs to be "published" non-traditionally. A PDF of it could be made available on a website for a nominal fee, hosted by a hidden server.

I sincerely doubt that conventional books will be published twenty years from now, why not launch the future with this one?

I like PDF books. I have several of them, but will only get them if they are actually cheaper. There are some authors who try to sell for almost the same price as a printed copy.... LOL...
