1) Make sure your pictures have been digitized and are on your hard drive somewhere.

2) Sign up for a Photobucket account using 100% fake data [do not use your real name or your real email address, etc]:

http://photobucket.com
3) Upload your pictures from your hard drive to Photobucket.

4) Learn the HTML syntax for posting pictures:

<img src="http://www.whereever.com/mypicture.jpg">
For instance, just as an example grabbed from the Photobucket home page, the following code:
<img src="http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h187/StabArtToDeath1/2a6kqjt-1.jpg">
produces the following picture:
By the way, if you see a picture that you like on the internet, then the easiest way to learn its address is to right click on the picture, scroll to "Properties", and copy the stuff listed in "Address (URL)"
