To: null and void

Not quite goes away.............the Indonesian citizenship is still a problem. He needs naturalization papers showing he is at least a naturalized citizen and not an illegal alien. He gave up his citizenship on adoption in Indonesia. He still would not be eligible for the Presidency.

No parent can renounce his/her child's American citizenship. No stepparent can renounce his/her child's American citizenship. There is no provision in American law that allows it.

And as far as what Indonesian law says, insert picture of Calvin urinating on the Indonesian legal code here.
