The original post stated that he was born in Hawaii in 1961, then went on to talk about Kenya and British Colonies.That's my point. How would Fact Check know he was actually born in Hawaii if 12 court cases still can't find out the "Facts"?
So far, it's all "talk."

We’re talking about two different things.
I thought I heard earlier this week that the state of Hawaii came out and said the COLB was not a fake, and that his birth announcement appeared in three Hawaii papers back in 1961. Anyone else hear that?
