THey did nothing of the sort they only confirmed that they had a copy of his birth certificate, not that they issued it or that he was a US citizen only that they had a birth certificate for him and that it is sealed.

The government of the state of Hawaii has confirmed that he is. Not really, only the Democratic Governor, has proclaimed this, of course we know for a fact a Democrat politician always tells the truth, unless of course it interferes with their agenda. Same applies to repubs, just not all of them.
