Barack Obama's official web site, Fight The Smears, admits he was a British Citizen at birth. At the very bottom of the section of his web site that shows an alleged official Certification Of Live Birth, the web site lists the following information and link thereto: FactCheck.org Clarifies Barack’s Citizenship
“When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4,1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdom’s dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.‘s children.
Since Sen. Obama has neither renounced his U.S. citizenship nor sworn an oath of allegiance to Kenya, his Kenyan citizenship automatically expired on Aug. 4,1982.”
That is a direct admission Barack Obama was a British citizen "at birth".

Some American voters will be disappointed if Obama is constitutionally disqualified and there may be unrest. Such unrest will be the lesser of the potential evils.
We realize the enormity of such an undertaking; however, defending the Constitution is the duty of each American. It is especially the duty of those who serve in uniform and those who serve as our elected politicians.

Man, those "Facts" seem to rile you up, guess they sort of defeat your argument, otherwise you wouldn't be so upset.
Maya was sent back to Oahu at the age of 14 to attend Punahou. She lived with her grandparents from 1984 until 1988 when she graduated from Punahou.
Since Obama has produced what he claims to be an official document from Hawaii, and that document -- the COLB -- lists a certain set of facts, therefore those alleged facts are now publicly known, and publicly known since Obama chose to make them known, and since he, himself, did make them known.What did they say? They said that there is some copy of some original birth records for Obama that are held by the state.Thus there's no claim to privacy on those facts.
Now we understand that the Hawaiian officials are bound by law not to release the actual state records of Obama's birth unless he okays it.
But they could say that (1) the alleged facts of his birth that Obama claims via the alleged official COLB match that which are in their records. They did not.
And they could day that (2) the alleged COLB that Obama has shown us is the same form that they issued. They did not.
What did they say by glaring ommission? What is the reasonable inference? That the COLB Obama has presented publicly is NOT accurate.
I agree that the POTUS should have that “singular loyalty.” But nothing, NOTHING, can stop another country from conferring citizenship on any of us. An enemy could confer citizenship on YOU right now and you could not stop it.
In citizenship law (I’ve read it but don’t know where to link to it right now), they make a HUGE distinction between citizenship being conferred on an American without his having to petition for it, and an American APPLYING of his own volition for citizenship of another country. The latter MAY be subject to losing his citizenship, but I believe it’s a case-by-case thing. In the early decades of the state of Israel, many American Jews jumped to join and become Israeli citizens, for two reasons: fear of another Holocaust one day, and also, believe it or not, to pay taxes to Israel to help out the fledgling state (a man told me he did it for that reason). None of those people lost their USA citizenship that I know of.

Nope. You read it wrong. Read your post again carefully. It doesn't say "or" who belong to the diplomats, it is saying ONLY those with diplomatic immunity. ONLY those. Everyone else, including illegals' kids, are citizens.
Exactly how and when did that happen?

Mark Levin is advising to let this one go - nothing will keep 0bama from being sworn in. I’m thinking if Mark Levin believes he will be sworn in regardless, then 0bama will be sworn in regardless. I could be wrong, though.
I know how you feel - I’m not happy about knowing that a President will be sworn in to uphold the Constitution when he thinks the Constitution is fundamentally flawed. Of course, many Rats think it’s a hoot and can’t wait for the Constitution to change.

Could this be that they needed his birth certificate from kenya to register him in Hawaii after he and his mother arrived there? Not sure that what Dr. Chiyomi Fukino said proves that he was born in Hawaii, as it just may be presented to look that way to silence others questioning this topic. Wish he would just be up front and show an original copy of the darn thing already.
Your point is interesting (another country having the ability to confer citizenship), but for this I don’t think it has bearing.
