Hello? If people are complaining, is it non-offensive???

an eyeful of nude cyclists
Well, it’s good that they weren’t nude cheerleaders forming a human pyramid...
That would have been an Eyefull Tower.
I’ll be here all week folks.

They had best be careful not to offend the Muslim citizenry. Liberalism could get confusing, too many divergent interest groups.

In Germany many cities still have FKK (Freikoerperkultur) zones where nudity is allowed.
The net result is that these areas are populated by a few fat, hairy old men and no normal person ever goes near the designated FKK area. When too few nudists freqent an area to make it reasonable to continue zoning it that way, it rezones to normal.
It's a self-correcting problem, thanks to human nature.

You know there is a sure cure for these naked bike rides.ten gallon of liquid detergent and a hose on a hill.
just pour it into the street and spread it with the water and watch as they all fall down.
It worked on german tanks.

Nude events will therefore likely continue in the future, although perhaps under tighter scrutiny. Not by me.
And by the way, are their special bicycle seats for nude riders? It sounds pretty uncomfortable to me.

“Naked bike rides are a Seattle tradition. In Seattle it’s illegal to flash someone, but perfectly legal to run around nude and police officers take action only if a nudist is lewd or obscene. “
To run around naked is lewd and obscene.
“The bare facts of the law are that if you knowingly show yourself naked with the intent to alarm and offend people that’s illegal, said Sergeant Sean Whitcom, of the Seattle Police Department. “Just being nude is not against the law.”
When you run around NAKED you are OFFENDING and ALARMING normal people.
What’s with these twist?
Have they lost ALL LOGIC?
What about indeceny laws?
What happened to them?

They were probably a bunch of pedophiles:
That line was apparently crossed in July when motorists got an eyeful of nude cyclists hanging out at Dexter and Mercer. And Seattle Center visitors saw others skinny dipping in the Seattle Center fountain.
A number of organized, naked bike rides have prompted the parks department to crack down on nudity.
One family holding a birthday party for a 9-year-old says the boys were suddenly surrounded by middle-aged men wearing nothing but their birthday suits.
From the link.

One thing the story gets wrong is these are not Nudist. Nudist have their own private clubs and grounds, and for the most parts are happy with staying private. These screwballs wanting public nudity to be accepted are leftist intercity activist who like pushing the envelope. They get their jollies out annoying the hell out of normal people.

It's been my experience that the majority of people you see naked are exactly the type you don't ever really even want to see when they are fully clothed. Take your pick- hairy liberals and portly European tourists are equally awful.
