When I tried to link onto FR this morning, a trojan horse attacked my computer as the FR logo came up.

Loaded itself in as C:\Windows\System32\Flash\FlashUtil10a.exe ... it is Trojan horse PSW.GENERIC6.AQPD

This looks like a valid file.

flashutil10a.exe (Adobe Flash Player Helper)


PC Pitstop Analysis
FlashUtil10a.exe - Flash Utility. When double clicked it will check to see if you need any updates and the program is installed properly.

With Flash Player 10, the utility file FlashUtil.exe is installed with Flash Player in the C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash directory. FlashUtil.exe includes functionality required by Windows Vista and by the autoupdate notification process.

Probably a false alarm from your virus scanner but you should gird your loins for the next 6 months just to be safe.
