folks and "my friends".....I think we are doing a disservice to Governor Palin, the Republican party, Alaska , and all the other fine candidates that could run for president in 2012, as well as giving way too much prep time to the big B.O.....

the Governor needs to go back and govern her state....she needs to be re-elected afterall.....she needs to get off the national stage for a while.....

it does no good to be promoting her so much at this juncture....

lets keep our powder dry....

for one thing, we may be looking at totally different circumstances 4 yrs from now....it may be necessary to find a different candidate...who knows....

I've given lots of money to the McCain/Palin ticket...I like her a lot...

but we have to stop pushing her every day, or people will get tired of it...example...Hillary....

i agree mostly. too much of a good thing is still too much.
i love sarah, but she needs to focus on her state.
she did need to come out and defend herself, but that has been done now.
the media will do all they can to keep her in the news non stop. one for ratings and two because they will wear her out before her prime! leave the people wanting more, thats how we keep her front and center. so when she speaks, she has every ones ear.
obama is going to make some controversial policies and when he does the media will seek her out. she should say “no comment at this time” and wait, build anticipation and then speak, on her terms. this ensures she has more of the Countries attention.
she should also speak when the media attempts to bury an issue. but she should always keep it brief and to the point. she has a way of doing this which resonates with the majority of peeps.
lets not do to palin what the left did with obama. 24/7 for 2 straight years. even his win was anti climactic. folks are just worn out by it.
some times less is MORE.....

First, Obama has changed the game. He campaigned for more time than he spent as an elected rep --- it is now a time factor.

Then there is this, sit up and take notice:
The Palin Effect: Here to stay
Sarah Palin changed the game for women and power, and it’ll never be the same again. So say a few well-known women — Arianna Huffington, former vice presidential candidate Geraldine Ferraro, White House Project president Marie Wilson, and More magazine editor in chief Lesley Jane Seymour — who met in New York this morning for “The Spin Room: Gender, Politics and Media in the 2008 Election.” The lively panel was sponsored by New York Women in Communications. And the panelists, mind you, are more likely to loathe than love Palin (they lean left politically, after all), but their message is that the Palin Effect is a good thing for women in the long run.
Here’s why: First, Palin matters. ...

I love Sarah Palin as much as anyone else does, and I agree that she needs to rehabilitate herself from all the allegations from the McCain campaign people. Her speech at the Governor’s conference was also a good thing because it reaffirms her beliefs concerning the role of government etc.

However, she now needs to go back to Alaska and do her job and do it very very well, leaving no targets for the liberals to fire at in her position as Governor, or her personal life.

Other than that she needs to be promoted the same way any other product would be promoted.

If you have a new soap to sell, you don’t say oh lookie here, this soap cleans very well, smells great, is economical and is environmentally safe. Standby for a release date.

So, the consumer stands by and in the interum we see more ads, some of them very cute and memorable. There is one commercial that shows a little boy cleaning lipstick off of his pig at the county fair, and it was amazing how he squirted this product on the pig and one single swipe with a paper towel and poof the lipstick was all gone. But still, it was standby for a release date.

Months go by and there are more commercials, and then it becomes yea, I saw that commercial and that one and *yawn* I saw that one too.

We need to look at the voting public as if it is a man. She has aroused the interest of man. Push her too much without anything coming of it and he is going to lose interest and it is going to be very difficult to gear him up again.

When I was a child, candy was a very rare treat, however my dad always had a bag of hersey’s cholcolate kisses in the refrigerator. I knew I dare not steal one because he would know, but ohhhhhhhhhhhh how I wanted one.

The very first thing I did when I was out on my own was go buy TWO bags of hersey’s chocolate kisses. I went back to my dorm room and sat down and started eating. OHHHHHH it was sooooooooooooo good, but after about 20 pieces it was ok, but the obsession over it was gone, and after about 3 months I threw away what remained of the 2nd bag, part of which I had shared with friends.

We want to continue to tease him, but just enough to keep him interested:)

Just relax guys. So many things could happen in 4 years. We might end up with Biden as Prez and look at Biden/Clinton 2012. Sarah needs to work on her debating skills and get a good handle on many issues. She is a voracious reader. She will give Katie Couric a run for her money in 2012. We had to ride out 4 years of “Carter” before landing on “Reagan”. Let GOP build the party and get more youngsters interested in conservatism.
