Her face became so grotesquely large that she was called "standing fan" by children in her neighbourhood - due to her large face and small body.

Some of her doctors must be certifiable.

She’s messed up in the head, like a lot of Obama voters.

She was a cute woman. One would think a surgeon could recognize an OCD so blatantly obvious as hers.

I tried to laugh, but when I saw her 'before' picture I realized that she is simply just barking insane. She looked nice before, with a wonderful smile, and now she is just ...well ...!!!!!!
The problem with being mad is that you do not know you are mad. Which is the scariest thing about losing one's mind.
In her case she looks in the mirror and sees an improvement. It reminds me of some old book on positive thinking where the author (I believe he used to be a plastic surgeon) commented that most people who go for cosmetic surgery have problems INSIDE their heads (e.g. self-esteem, psychological skewing, lack of self worth) and not a problem with their nose or features or what-not.
This reminds me of those people with anorexia, who will go and starve themselves even when it is obvious to all around them that they passed the 'too-skinny' threshold quite a while back.
Mental illness, like this case, is quite frightening.
