Personally, I have no problem with vanity threads, if I.m not interested in the subject, I don’t click.

I don't have a problem with vanity threads either; I think they're fun.

What I have a problem with is people posting to me instead of the person who actually rattled the cage, usually thinking I'm an easier target for them to practice looking tough on and then acting all shocked and indignant when they find out I'm anything but an easy target.

That's one of my major pet peeves. Someone makes a post, I respond with "Agreed" and some coward unloads on me, rather than the original poster.
