Oh, I remember the 10th. That was a great one. It renders so many SCOTUS decisions irrelevant for want of five of nine Justices who took the time in law school to actually read the Constitution of the United States of America.
The 10th amendment isn’t lost.it’s just ignored by those in government who believe they are wiser than we arer.
