1. 10th: Just needs to be enforced. Maybe a clarification, but I like having state's rights explicitly called out.
2. 16th: We do need a Federal level tax to pay for the things the Constitution places on the federal government. I think what we all really want is the tax code scrapped and totally reworked.
3. 17th: This one made our Democratic-Republic into a Democracy. It cripples state's rights by making both houses of congress beholding to the same body, the people. Having the House accountable to the people and the Senate accountable to the states provided a balance of power.
