I have a feeling that many who are critical of the Palin interviews never took the time to read the transcripts. The better parts of her interviews were left on the cutting room floor.

Sara Palin was set up for failure by her "handlers" either by design or incompetence. She saw this and took matters into her own hands.

I have a feeling after she has a chance to catch her breath, she will begin settling scores. The McCain RINOs and the MSM have pi$$ed off the wrong person.

This is the part of the equation that concerns me a bit. We have idealized Sarah Palin to such a great extent.

Until a few short months ago, she was a largely unknown governor of an exceedingly lightly populated state (there are 17 mayors in the US governing larger populations). What political capital does she really have with which she can settle these scores? I don't see it.

As for the kind of person she is, we don't really have much a clue, in terms of whether or not she is the wrong person to pi$$ off. And what leverage does she really have as an outsider?

She seems like a nice enough person, so I wish her the best. Long years of anonymity in the Alaska wilderness. Hell, I'd like that for me, too.
