(School me vanity) What happens to the pending litigations?

Posted on 11/05/2008 8:04:25 AM PST by melissa_in_ga

After NObama's win last night, what happens to the COLB litigations and the ACORN investigations around the country? Do they just go away, or is it possible that these will continue on and possibly disqualify him before inauguration day?

Also, did I read somewhere here about 24 electors challenging his eligibility? I'm befuddled, dazed and devastated this morning, and would appreciate some schooling. Thanks.

Well, Bush had replaced 88 of the 93 US Attorneys by April, 2001.
