This is what public schools have become.... ‘fund raisers’ for the children... turns them into entitled class beggars..

From the article, it doesn't sound to me like "children" are involved. These are people in the 30's and 40's (who should know better).

Of course we need to be every watchful and alert---but on the other hand, hysteria and over reaction isn't helpful, either.
