I was born and raised in Newport Beach..Newport Harbor High, class of ‘75, my Mom was class of ‘32, my aunts were class of ‘28.
I loved being raised there...buying fish from the dorymen, catching the grunion when they ran, building big bonfires all up and down the beach and cooking the grunion in bbq’s, calling the surf report every day and hearing Logan Lockaby tell us how the surf was...man, what a life!
