In the 2004 general election, 89% of all registered voters, but only 64% of all eligible citizens voted.

Think how powerful it would be if we started organizing, registering, and identifying non-voting republicans right now in key states.

I believe the "sale" cycle on these voters could be several years, so it will take a tremendous grass root effort to ID these potential voters and cultivate them. If just 1,000,000 of us committed to identify and cultivate 5 new voters each over the next few years, we could easily secure victory for years to come...
