I don't think she's had anything done. She's not quite as pretty as her mother at that age (diluted by fugly father but still lovely) and that figure is home grown - she'll have to watch every bite she eats after 30.
Even for those who hate The Donald you gotta hand it to him - he didn't raise a Paris Hilton...
