Police said it was obvious the boy cares for Horvath, but his parents were clear about pressing charges. A seventeen year old boy will care for and do a knot hole and fall in love with it.
And this story was on fox a few days back.

Horvath is married and has a 17-year-old son who attends Warner Christian.Oh man, that adds a new level of depravity to it.
Her high school son had to deal with his mom screwing his classmate while the whole school knew about it.
Throw away the key on her, just for that level of sickness right there.

While in a Wal-Mart parking lot, having sex, the pair was interrupted by a Port Orange police officer who even took their IDs. But the police report makes no mention of why Horvath wasn't charged then. The cop probably smiled and high-fived the kid.
