Many have said that McCain was mishandled. This has been a botched campaign, for McCain and for Palin. Palin needs to hold her ground and stand up to these Keystone Cops. Mccain should, too. You can tell he doesn't know what "they" want him to say in response to Obama. THAT is the problem, the "handlers".

The media keeps trying to stir the pot. They can go to hell to put it nicely.

Are these the same Romneybot handlers we are hearing about? I’m glad she is going “rogue.”

McCain told Brokaw last Sunday that Palin didn’t need defending. End of story.

There was an article earlier today that indicated these “McCain campaing insiders” who keep feeding info to the MSM are actually Romney operatives working on their own.

So, she doesn’t trust her family? I find this statement to be highly dubious.

Any McCain “advisor” who leaks this kind of divisive, demoralizing crap to CNN should be fired.
Unless, of course, CNN is just making it up out of whole cloth. Wouldn’t put it past them.

This is SUCH CRAP that it is laughable!
Must be a slow news day, huh CNN? Why don't you run another Michael Moore clip? I hear those are really pulling in the votes for Obama.

McCain's handlers are so stupid they haven't an idea of how powerful Palin could be if they let her go ‘rogue’ more often... she's the only life left in their campaign, IMO

The political world is absolutely full of faggot staffers like this source who think they’re right 100% of the time, even though they’ve never had a real job in their life and the average voter would find them nauseating after 2 minutes. Palin is a real person who has good instincts and should be given general guidance, not word-for-word scripts to follow. If McCain’s “people” don’t realize this, then they are just as incompetent as this campaign has shown them to be. The ONLY thing McCain has going for him is that Sarah Palin could kick every Democrat’s ass in America and is a great conservative. She is the only reason he’s even in the race at this point and if he wins it can be attributed to her.

Reagan went off script with “Mr. $orbachev, Tear Down This Wall!”
These aides have apparently forgotten that THEY aren’t running. Talk about egos! Why do they think she has rallied the base? Because she is REAL, not BS/aide packaged DC garbage. (Yes, I am calling these aides that.)
You go, Mrs. Palin!

Well fornicate them ... Sarah might just help McCain get elected in spite of what his aides are trying to do. Holy carp! The audience LOVED IT. I was there for the Kissimmee version and I can only imagine how the NC went wild with her blue-jeaned appearance.
Sheesh.
