They have something wrong with people eating deer meat?

It’s not the eating deer meat that was the problem, I think.

It’s butchering it in a restaurant. Gotta be a health code violation.

If they’d have hung it up and skinned it in the garage like we do, wouldn’t be a problem.

Deer isn’t inspected meet so it can’t be cut in areas passed by the health board.(at least without a lot of heavy cleanup).

The deer needs to be processed in a slaughter house. No hides, hair or hoofs in butcher shops or restaurants.

I’ve had deer meat. Loved it. I’d prefer it more to steak. And I live in friggin’ New Jersey. We’ve got the damned things running around all over the state. Don’t need to hunt them, just smack into them on the Garden State Parkway or Rt. 280.
