Hmm. Maybe you are correct. I re-read what I wrote and I can see how it would be taken that way. And I admit, being around the legal profession for so long I do think you don’t notice how you come off sometimes. Thanks for calling it to my attention and I do apologize if it came across that way. I love a good “heated” discussion as I think we can get to the “truth” or “truths” that way.
