And where was this supposed ‘valid’ BC? No one but you has apparently seen it, n00bie. We don’t even know if he had to provide a valid COLB to run in the Illinois political races. Alan Keyes never challenged on this basis nor did the previous array of ruined political victims of Obama’s rise to power.

No. I am NOT the only one that has seen it. Many have. There are photos on factcheck.org. And if you want to dismiss inconvenient facts out of hand, so be it. And I have yet to see where factcheck isn’t pretty damned accurate. They hammer everyone on facts and have proven to be quite accurate. Berg only focuses on the BC with the serial number blacked out and that doesn’t show the raised seal. And that is a problem on his end. Simply saying something on the order of “factcheck is biased” is not an argument. Everyone/everything is biased to some extent but factcheck has a pretty decent track record.

If this were an issue, Hillary’s people would have proved it.

And the burden is on Berg NOT Obama. Berg’s problem is not so much that he is a “conspiracy theorist” (I have no problem with CTs as, sometimes, they are correct), but that he becomes narrow of focus and doesn’t look at all the facts. A good lawyer doesn’t do that.

From what I have seen in the facts and pleadings I can find online, this argument is meritless and a waste of time when there are so many GOOD arguments.

And finally, given my age, I’ll take being called a n00bie as the highest of compliments. lol
