I think most that have passed would be dismayed. My father fought in WWII in a B-24 and received the DFC and passed on a few years back on Memorial Day. He often relayed he didn't fight the Germans just to kill babies in the womb, burn the flag, and watch homo's get married.

Mine too, Iwo Jima. He's been gone twenty years now. He used to emphatically predict "There WILL be another revolution in this country!" At the time I thought he was nuts.
