Yes, I’ve noticed. Fox has gone down hill and it seems that they want to go all the way to the bottom and be “balanced” with the others.
Even with their recent HD upgrade, the sound sync is off.
Unprecedented incompetence.
Fox Business has great...err, I mean smart women. Well, at least very talented and attractive: Jenna Lee, Rebecca Gomez, Alexis Glick, Cheryl Casone, Dagen McDowell, Liz Claman, Nicole Petallides...etc. I watch Fox Business more than Fox News these days, by far.

I had heard that many areas or cable companies will not or do not have it so just wondering

Sometimes, the software gets screwy and delays the sound.
I usually jump back one segment (4 seconds) and it clears up.
You know, there was a little “Texas Secede” movement back in the ‘70’s. If any state in the “Union” could do it, it would be Texas. Betcha Oklahoma would join us ; )
I’m in Indianapolis IN, with Comcast. I’ll called them once
and asked about adding Fox News and Business in HD, they said they were working on it/coming soon. So maybe within a year I’m guessing.
