I agree, except that absentee voting should be even more restrictive. ONLY the military and government contractors working overseas should be able to place an absentee ballot.
Agree with the above, and also the register rolls need to be wiped after every election. Registration happens before every election. A registrant must prove identity when registering, i.e. photo ID and proof of residency, and recieve a one use voter card, surrendered at the polling place. This card should have an encrypted code that’s read at the polling place to verify match.
