1. Keep to the middle of the road - don’t let yourself be manipulated by media, ect.
2. Do not give in to fear. When we are afraid “they” win.
3. Take care of your Domain. That which you are responsible for, take care of it, your family, your home, your job and all that it entails.
4. Pray and stay in the light and remember to be grateful for that which we have been given.
As you hear these frightening things, keep telling yourself:
I Do not accept this!
A daily declaration that I use is:
“ I am standing 4-square in my divine God Light!
All is well with me, my family and my country!
This darkness is not my master!
It cannot knock me from my God - given foundation!
I Am enfolded in Love and in Light, now and forevermore!”
If you have thoughtfully prepared your domain with provisions to feed your family during bad weather and natural disasters, it is suprising how rarely you will be shaken by media reports. Self reliance is the key to survival.
