Obama is taking two days off from the campaign in the last 15 days to visit his sick grandmother in Hawaii. A grandmother whom he rarely visits.
There are law suits filed now in four states claiming that Obama does not meet the constitutional test for office (natural born citizen) because he was actually born in Kenya, as his Kenyan grandmother has proclaimed, when she said she attended his birth.
His mother was not old enough and did not live in the US long enough before his birth for him to have been a citizen, if he was born outside the US.
Obama’s visit coincides with that of an investigative reporter who is in Hawaii to ask the Hawaii supreme court for an emergency order opening the state’s birth records for Obama.
Obama has refused to ask Hawaii to open the records, and is fighting the law suits which have been filed, in hopes of delaying the facts until after the election. The birth certificate posted on their web site two months ago, was shown to be a false copy of the actual record, by the omission of the pro-Obama dailykos.com folks who posted it.
Now I know most of your list will proclaim this to be a right-wing wacko theory, but it would be interesting to see what they say about the timing of the visit.
Secondly, someone might comment on why an innocent person would act this way.
Lastly, don’t we have the right to know if the candidates meet the basic requirements as spelled out in the constitution?
This is laying the groundwork for getting the F**K out of Dodge while the tape breaks tomm from API and the FEC responds to the Deadline for the Berg v. Obama case.

Truth likely is that Obama needs to make arrangements that Grandma's secrets dies with her.That all of his hirtory yet unrevealed is wrapped up and put away or destroyed, that all of grandmas papers, memoirs and family memorabilia are confiscated and put in his custody as a guardian.

Earlier “The Star-Bulletin” had a picture of Jr and Maila going in the elevator for the one visit the entire family paid to Madelyn Dunham on the Tuesday of the Hawaii visit. At that time the local papers reported the family visited from 6:50 to 7:15 pm. Jr carried in a gift basket of fruit and Maila carried in books on tape. Earlier this summer Madelyn Dunham had a corneal transplant and she also has severe osteoporosis.
Not buying your “analysis”. No one knows about the birth certificate issue except some disgruntled FReepers. The MSM have made sure of that. So Obama is hardly worried about it. he has bigger fish to fry and be concerned about it.

We have to agree that the FED’S are on his trail... He has serious baggage scattered all around the world... However this plays out, MAY GOD BLESS THIS GREAT NATION !

Something really serious and important (to Obama, at least) is up - I can’t imagine him taking time off for any other reason at this point. The birth certificate issue, as someone else mentioned, would be better taken care of by someone else rather than having to stop the campaign for two days to do it personally, and even a medical issue could probably be discreetly taken care of somewhere on the continental US.
Judging from the fact that there’s nothing else that I can think of that either can’t be done somewhere in the US, or can’t be done by someone who’s not Obama, I’d say whatever’s up does involve his grandmother. Maybe it’s something political, or maybe his grandmother is just sick with something terminal (ergo the being sent home from the hospital) and he wants to visit her one last time just in case she dies before the election. Either way, we’ll probably find out by the end of the week.
I watch MSNBC to see how they are spinning it because you can see right through what they are doing. Obama does everything for political gain. When they said that Obama was going to be going off the trail for 4 days they kept up the picture of young Obama with his “white” grandparents. They kept this picture up a long time. Why would the Obama campaign give MSNBC this picture?
The Obama campaign with their thousands of pollsters must be doing terrible with voters because of Obama’s association with Jesse Jackson, Farakan, and Rev. Wright. I also believe taking 4 days off he is trying his best to stop the bleeding. Obama has lost momentum from the attacks from the McCain campaign and they will keep coming. He is trying to stop the freefall in the polls.
There also might be a scandal out there (ie the birth certificate). I saw the statement and Obama made sure he emphasized his grandmother took care of him since “he was born in Hawaii.” The interview with API might be coming out.

Berg: Due to Procedure, Obama and DNC Admit all Allegations
According to Rule 36 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, a party upon whom requests for admissions have been served must respond, within 30 days, or else the matters in the requests will be automatically deemed conclusively admitted for purposes of the pending action.
On September 15, as part of his federal lawsuit contending that the Illinois senator is ineligible, pursuant to the U.S. Constitution, to serve as president of the United States, Philadelphia attorney Philip Berg served Barack Obama and the Democratic National Committee with just such a request. Soon thereafter, on October 6, Barack Obama and the DNC acknowledged service in their motion for protective order, filed in an attempt to persuade the court to stay discovery. The Federal Rules require that a response to a request for admissions be served within the 30-day time limit, and Barack Obama and the DNC have not done so.
Therefore, this morning, amidst news reports that Barack Obama will be suspending his campaign for a few days so he can fly to Hawaii to visit his grandmother, who has suddenly fallen ill, Philip Berg will file two motions in district court in Philadelphia:
A motion requesting an immediate order deeming his request for admissions served upon Barack Obama and the DNC on September 15 admitted by default, and
A motion requesting an expedited ruling and/or hearing on Berg’s motion deeming the request for admissions served upon Obama and the DNC admitted.
Berg contends that the failure to respond and serve the response within the time limit is “damning,” and made two appearances overnight on Rollye James’ talk radio program, the second one coming shortly after midnight, during which he disclosed the meat of today’s filings and the legal and political ramifications of the defendants’ failure to respond...etc etc
