Some positives that will form from an Obama Presidency.

Now I am in no way throwing in the towel, but I can not live with the sinking feeling of despair for another two weeks.

An Obama Presidency will lead to more handouts for the poor and lazy. Pro-abortion and anti gun Supreme court nominations will further the liberal agenda. Increasing Muslim support will undermine Isreals attempt to protect itself. The silver lining to this is people will see what is happening to our American ideals and swing from the left to the right.

America always goes from one extreme to the other. This will be no exception. While it is the now the popular thing to be a liberal democrat we will eventually see a balance to at least the middle, like a pendulum.

I hope to God I am right, I believe that Obama supporters are not evil people, just stupid, I mean uninformed ;).

I think that over time, Obama bashing will take the place of Bush bashing in a year or two.

If Obummer gets elected, we have only months, not years.

The credit market might last a week, and will take the industrials down with it. Food and clothing will be gone in a month from the few stores that remain open.

Guns and ammunition? Two weeks maybe?

Motor fuel? One week.

Sadly I have a very bleak outlook on the future. We have now raised 2 or 3 generations of narcissistic gutless filth that do not believe in God, country or even themselves. Couple that with a MSM that is no different from a Banana Republic or the USSR and you have a recipe for disaster.

History offers no other solution for fixing this problem except one, and that is war. Extended peace breeds extremism. I personally believe civil war is coming to this country and there is nothing anyone can do to stop it.

After 40 years of undermining western civilization through the courts, the media and the public school system has left most people unable to:

1) Distinquish Causality from Correlation (Global Warming)
2) Rights from Entitlements (Universal Health Care)
3) Morality from Ethics (Absolutes vs Subjectivity)
4) Justice from Fairness (Children seek fairness, Adults Contracts)
5) Fight Evil (No absolutes)

Add to this the zeal of the youth, the demands from illegals, widespread voter fraud, a lazy middle class, and boomer entitlements.

Well, in the western part of our state (Tennessee) where I was born and lived until I was nine, you don’t see Obama/Biden signs. Three liberal business associates of ours were down there working a few days ago and went into a restaurant that would have always in the past been packed with Democrats who have never voted anything else in their lives. One of the men asked the restaurant owner, “How many people in here do you think are voting for Obama?” - The owner counted the three of them with his finger, and then he answered “THREE”. Most of western Tenn. has always been solid Roosevelt Democrat. I think they’re beginning to see the beast for what it is now.

What you need is an attitude adjustment. Stop this oh woe is me stuff. Stop even thinking that it will be okay. It won’t be okay if BO gets elected. this is an attempted socialist coup! We have to be positive about this. If necessary, we have to drag McCain across the finish line. Sarah needs all the help she can get. The Dems are doing all they can to steal this election including loading the polls in their favor. We are in the 4th quarter, and we will drive down the field and score. You should probably be more afraid of Obama that you are. Obama *will not* be a liberal per se. If you delve into what he's actually advocating it's more center-left. If "conservatives" toned down the hyperbole and looked at what he's actually doing they'd release that Obama's hit on a formula that, if elected, will make him palatable both to the liberal and muddy middle sides of the American people, as well as Wall Street and American business.

So why should you be afraid of this? Because what Obama's advocating is European style welfare capitalism, only through the back door. Obama is *not* stupid. Obama and his advisors have studied what is palatable to the majority of American special interests and what isn't. Big business has been clamoring for hilary care for ages(they don't have to pay benefits) and Obama's going to start a "slippery slope" by insuring the uninsured on the federal dime. Once that foot is in the door, it's over.

Conservatives have fundamentally underestimated Obama. Mark my words Obama is the worst thing that could happen to the republican party. All the triangulation and political skill of Bill Clinton with enough will power to keep his pants up.

I would agree that an Obama presidency could be a long range good for us. We could help get us back in the saddle. but, on the other hand if a big Dem majority congress goes along with him and lets in every illegal immigrant and then give them citizenship then we have lost the country, period.
