Ditto, this should be rewritten as a one or two page piece, starting out very generic, such as the use of NLP in politics and examples of how NLP can manipulate the listeners. All the examples and quotes should be of Obama or quoting Lakoff, let the reader make the connection. Also, NLP language techniques should be used in the paper. Fight fire with fire.

Here's a quote from the article that is pertinent:

As evidence of Obama's use of hypnosis, he generally doesn't do these hypnotic techniques and hand gestures as much when he gives impromptu speeches that are not prewritten. Obama's hypnosis is something he carefully crafts, plans for, and rehearses. Town halls with impromptu questions do not lend themselves to be a forum for Obama's hypnosis, and that may be why he has avoided town halls with John McCain.
