Sorry but I have a gun (rifle) listed in PA and someone local is considering buying it. I really hate to sell the gun as it is beautiful. However, I have been unemployeed for 4 months and savings is getting low.
I am in PA and thought maybe someone knows the laws about private sales in PA.

Today I have been looking on the 'net and am a bit confused. It sort of looks like I can do it but some sites keep mentioning the person at least being 21 years old.
Another site was mentioning a private request to get a back ground check?.
Does anyone know about gun sales in PA? Thanks.

I do not have my own suggestion but here is a good place to start. Click on PA.
