I sympathize with you. I just paid for my daughter’s college education at the University of Oregon and all I can conclude is they sucked her brain out and replaced it with mush. I hate to say this about my dear daughter, but it seems like a colossal waste of money. I’m beginning to think that any sane person has only one college choice - Hillsdale.
We have a newly minted college grad in our office who thinks that Jon Stewart is the source of all real news and political analysis, no kidding. She started spouting some ridiculous comments about the banking crisis being all the fault of eviillll Republicans, etc. I never like to talk politics at work, especially since I work with some devoted libs, so I just shook my head and said she should seek out more sources of information. I figured that was the only take-away that had a chance of making any impression with her.
A lot of these techniques are classic in advertising, and those who go into advg/pr use them almost without instruction -- there are so many sayings in ad biz, like "knock their socks off without removing their shoes" and "sell the sizzle, not the steak", etc.
Their technique as a campaign is to have him act as if he has already won. Hence the fake presidential seal, the anointing backlit haloes, the world tour to meet with heads of state, etc. Another commentator picked up on his body language during that tour that he usually puts his hand behind the back of the other person, leading them along as if he is the leader and is showing them the way. He was photographed doing this to Sarkozy, etc. on his grand world tour. I paid particular attention to whether he has tried this with McCain, particularly on 9/11 when they went jointly to the site, but not only did he refrain; McCain's body language told him to lay off or he'd "deck" him, figuratively speaking.
During the first debate, McCain called Obama "Senator" but Obama repeatedly called McCain "John", which grated on me totally. It is completely disrespectful by all traditions of the Senate, and was an obvious attempt to whittle McCain down -- and at the end of the debate he did his arrogant pat on the back and spoke loudly into the chest mike over the applause, "Good job, John!" like he was the master and McCain the student. I was livid. But I noticed that at the end of the third debate, McCain did the same thing to Obama, making sure he got there first, and Obama was a little taken aback.

In May, I took a trip to Nuremberg. The tour director said that most of the participants enabeling the murdering of Jews were “unaware” of what they were doing to facilitate this awful act. Too many of them in my book. This could be a form of the same.

WE are that Innocent Martyr. WE and every ordinary JOE out there who dares to ask “The Chosen One” an honest question IN OUR OWN DRIVEWAY into which the Chosen One was the interloper. Like Joe the Plumber, WE will be hounded and harrassed, endlessly probed, investigated sparing no expense, ridiculed, accused of dishonesty, and our livelihoods destroyed - until we bow at the altar of the petulant “Chosen One” and say only the words he demands.

The article you posted is exactly why I do NOT intend to watch or listen to the “Obamassiah” in the thirty minutes of exercise in mind control which he has bought on television. I’ve heard ENOUGH of his “technique and manipulation speech”. If people would get out of the boob tube, they could stay free from charlatans like him. (Black people need to realize that the “Obamassiah” will be black when it’s to his advantage, but he will be white if that’s what floats your boat, too.)
Anyone who allows themselves to get caught up in the class covetousness the “Obamassiah” is pushing is falling into the sin of idolatry.

I think he is using an enhanced speaking/hypnotic technique similar to Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) hatched in the pits of hell.

I have an Aunt who calls Sarah Palin a "dingbat" and voted for Jimmy Carter, and she is for Obama. The Kool-aid out there is really strong. Sometimes I wonder if people are being hypnotized, because once they wake up they hate his guts.
If they want you to sleep in room with some “pods”, run the other direction.

The psychopolitician may well find himself under attack as an individual or a member of a group. He may be attacked as a Communist through some leak tn the organization, or he may be attacked for malpractice. He may be attacked by the families of people whom he has injured. In all cases his conduct in the situation should be calm and aloof.
It amazes me to this day, how many people discount hypnotism, psychiatry, and psychological warfare. ... And those people tend to be the most vulnerable to abuse by those incorporating methodologies. How unfortunate.
Hitler and Rasputin are two notorious examples of individuals who mastered influencing the minds of others. Why should it be so difficult to consider that Obama is another.

I skimmed the whole article and plan to go back and check out the footnotes when I have more time. I’m a Psych major, but this whole concept of O using hypnosis escaped me until now.
And NOW I’m terrified! If I didn’t believe that God has ultimate control, I would be beside myself.
