Greatest comeback I’ve seen - even for the Sox!!!!! I still have chills!
Well, now it’s 3 games to 2 with the Rays ahead. See if the Red Sox get momentum from this big win as they return to Tampa Bay for game six and seven.

I just watched this game, wide-eyed in disbelief! It’s all good... as long as whatever team the Phillies play is drained and all their pitchers are burned up. Go, whoever!
When it was 7-0 I went and cleaned my bathroom. When I walked back into the tv room it was 7-6. OMG!
I don’t think they will pull it off. Beckett is hurting and not himself. Hard to win games that way and Tampa is too good to be serving up weak stuff. I’ll be happy if they do pull it off though.
The defending champs didn’t roll over and that’s all you can ask of a team.

Don’t feel too badly - I had started to doze off in the top of the 7th. Like everyone else, I figured they were all done. Then, all of a sudden (how else does it ever happen for the Sox?), Lowrie gets on board and Pedroia drives him in, and then Papi wakes up his slumbering lumber and launches a 3-run homer into the cool night air, and suddenly... there’s hope. The next inning was even more remarkable, capped off with a gutsy at-bat from the much-maligned Coco Crisp, who drives in the tying run. By then, I was fully awake. ;-)
I’m on a real roll lately. I was at the Falcons-Bears game last Sunday and left when the Bears scored with 11 seconds left.I found out in the parking lot the Falcons made the improbable comback. Now tonight, I turned the game off after 6 innings.
Could this be a good omen for McCain? lol

This is one of those games that could literally change an entire series on no time flat. Incredible....
Woke up this morning hearing the good news. My parish priest who is a Red Soxs fan must have said some extra prayers. :) =^..^=
Truly a miracle last night. :)
I was in bed, had a small radio on, listening to what I thought would be the bitter end, when things began to turn around. Fell asleep and waking up to a miraculous win. :)
Funny - I was thinking the same thing. LOL.
I only wish I was there - I imagine that was quite an amazing emotional rollercoaster ride.
